1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using an Explore Occasions website, member experience or service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the applicable service.

2. Explore Occasions Services

Explore Occasions provides travel discovery, informational content, trip-organization features and other travel-related tools. Certain features are available today, while other Travel Intelligence™ capabilities are being developed in stages.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves. The availability of a feature on one part of the platform does not mean every travel category, destination, supplier or service is supported.

3. Member Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties or Explore Occasions, or when these Terms are materially violated.

4. Travel Information, Prices & Availability

Travel information can change rapidly. Prices, taxes, fees, availability, schedules, restrictions, cancellation terms, property details and other travel information may change without notice and may differ from information displayed by a third-party provider.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing passports, visas, identification, health requirements, entry requirements, insurance needs and other requirements applicable to their trip.

5. Third-Party Travel Providers & Websites

Explore Occasions may link to or integrate with airlines, hotels, resorts, vacation-rental providers, rental-car companies, cruise providers, activity providers, booking platforms, affiliate networks, travel technology providers or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular transaction, third-party providers are independent from Explore Occasions. Their inventory, products, services, terms, privacy practices, fulfillment, refunds, cancellations and customer-service obligations may be governed by their own agreements.

6. Price Watch™ & Travel Intelligence™

Price Watch™ currently allows members to save watch-related trip information. A saved or “active” watch does not, by itself, mean that automated supplier monitoring, continuous price scanning or guaranteed price-drop detection is operating for that trip.

Other proprietary concepts and tools—including True Trip Price™, Better Deal Score™, Better Deal Engine™, Occasion Match Score™ and Member Savings Ledger™—may be described as in development until they are actually launched.

No Travel Intelligence feature guarantees that the lowest available price, every supplier, every rate or every better deal will be identified.

7. Affiliate & Commercial Relationships

Explore Occasions may have commercial, referral, affiliate, advertising or other relationships with third-party providers. Where applicable, we may receive compensation when a user clicks a link, makes a purchase or completes another qualifying action. Such relationships do not change the user's responsibility to review the provider's terms and determine whether an offer is appropriate for the trip.

8. Bookings, Payments & Paid Services

Direct booking, payment-processing or paid membership functionality may be introduced as Explore Occasions develops. Until a particular feature is actually activated, references to future booking, payment or paid-service capabilities should not be interpreted as an offer of a currently available service.

When a transaction is processed by a third party, that party's payment, cancellation, refund and fulfillment terms may apply. If Explore Occasions later processes a transaction directly, any additional transaction-specific terms presented at checkout will also apply.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access; interfering with security or operation; using automated means to scrape, copy or overload the service contrary to applicable law or authorization; submitting malicious code; impersonating another person; using the service for fraud or unlawful activity; or infringing the rights of Explore Occasions or others.

10. Intellectual Property

The Explore Occasions name, branding, website design, original content and proprietary product names and concepts—including Price Watch™, Better Deal Engine™, Better Deal Score™, True Trip Price™, Occasion Match Score™, Member Savings Ledger™ and Explore Occasions Travel Intelligence™—may be protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws as applicable.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Explore Occasions services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that travel information will always be current, accurate or available.

Explore Occasions does not guarantee savings, price reductions, supplier availability, search-engine rankings, travel outcomes or that a particular travel option is suitable for every user.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Explore Occasions and its applicable owners, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party travel services, travel disruptions, lost data, lost opportunities or reliance on information displayed through the platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Explore Occasions harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, material violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection or other mandatory laws require otherwise. The appropriate venue, dispute-resolution procedure and any arbitration provisions should be confirmed with qualified legal counsel before final adoption.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Explore Occasions evolves. Changes may be made to address new travel suppliers, APIs, booking capabilities, payment services, memberships, communications features, legal requirements or platform functionality. The effective date above will be updated when appropriate.
